As part of its governance responsibilities, Mercy Partners chairs the Annual General Meetings (AGMs) of each of its ministries in its capacity as Sole Member.
On 2 December, Holy Cross Services held its AGM, which was chaired by Mercy Partners Board Director, Cath Bartolo. The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on Holy Cross Services’ achievements over the past year, review key governance matters, and reaffirm the shared commitment to mission, service, and the values that guide its work.
Our Lady of Mercy College Celebration of Achievement

Our Lady of Mercy College (OLMC) Parramatta recently hosted its Celebration of Achievement, a special occasion that united the College community in honouring the exceptional accomplishments of its students. This event not only recognised academic excellence but also celebrated personal growth, resilience, and the collaborative spirit that defines OLMC.
Students were acknowledged for their success across academic, athletic, and creative pursuits—achievements that reflect their dedication, determination, and the values instilled at OLMC. The College remains committed to empowering young women to succeed, lead, challenge conventions, and make a meaningful impact in the world.

Mater AGM

On 4 December 2025, the Mater Health Group held its AGMs, chaired by Mercy Partners Board Director, Les Jones. The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on the Mater’s achievements, review key governance matters, and reaffirm the shared commitment to mission and service.
Mater’s Heritage and archives Centre 40th Anniversary
5 December 2025, Brisbane
The Mater’s Heritage and Archives Centre recently marked its 40th anniversary with a special celebration. To coincide with this milestone, the Centre underwent a refurbishment and now features new exhibitions and installations that pay tribute to the Sisters of Mercy and their enduring legacy at the Mater.
A morning tea was held to acknowledge the Centre’s vital role in preserving the Mater story—past, present, and future.
Mercy Partners Board Chair, Dr Ricki Jeffery, attended the celebration in support of the Mater and the legacy of the Sisters of Mercy.
