Nudgee Trust Education Ministries Wellness Symposium
3 June 2024
Townsville

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the health and wellbeing of the students within our education ministries was significantly impacted.  To meet these challenges the Mercy Partners education ministries joined forces to develop a schools wellbeing program.  On 3 June representatives from each of the education ministries gathered at St Patrick’s College Townsville along with Mercy Partners Board Directors, Lee Anne Perry, Cath Bartolo and Cath Parker to attend the symposium.  The symposium provided an opportunity for the schools to collaboratively reflect on changes over the course of the project, share insights and lessons, and consider future planning as a network.  The symposium was based on principles of solution-focussed thinking and strengths-based learning.
