R U OK? Day

Each year, our ministries dedicate themselves to spending R U OK? Day actively involved in making a difference in the lives of others. This is an important national day of action, which focuses on mental health and fostering connections. It is wonderful to see that our ministries are embracing this important initiative and how they encourage both their staff, students and patients to ask the simple question:  Are you OK?
