Our Lady of Mercy College students celebrate Multicultural Week
11 April 2024
Parramatta

Students of Our Lady of Mercy College Parramatta recently celebrated diversity and embraced the richness of cultures that make their community vibrant and inclusive as part of Multicultural Week.  During the week, the students appreciated the traditions, languages and backgrounds that each student brings to the College.  The Student Representative Council Leaders, Patricia Youssef and Ruwindri Parndigamage, were instrumental in leading the week’s activities and acknowledgement must also go the Student Representative Council and Mercy Action Representatives, who assisted along the way. From crepe making to cultural clothing exhibits, author visits to dessert stalls, it was a busy week at the College.  All proceeds raised from Multicultural Week were donated to Project Compassion.
